My name is Ethan and I'm currently in Year 10 at Cranbrook School. I'm keen to gain hands-on experience in hospitality — a restaurant, café, or hotel.

I enjoy working with people and am eager to develop practical skills like customer service, teamwork, and working under pressure. Having grown up around a family business, a busy service floor feels like home.
